Booty Burn is a unique blend of dance and ballet, pilates principles and strength training. You will feel more flexible, graceful and strong.
A high energy work out that will increase your heart rate and specifically strengthens the core, glutes, legs and arms using resistance to sculpt and transform your body.
Jumpboard and reformer work may be included. Props such as bands, sliders and pilates balls are also used to challenge the body and offer variety and fun in class.
